PLEASE keep in mind that the economic solvency requirements vary depending on whether you are applying for temporary or permanent residency. The requirements you mentioned are for permanent residency and are higher than temporary residency. Many people can apply for temporary residency and it has basically the same benefits as a permanent residency, except you have to renew after the first year.

Service dog for what? I think if you are blind or handicapped and the dog is helping you then great. But in California everyone abuses the service dog rules. Fuck the people in the restaurants with bad Allergies, Ashma, COPD etc. or the folks who work there. Nothing like adapting to a culture by forcing your stuff on them. This is the kind of really dumb shit Expat's get a bad name for. "Oh sorry about the dog but in the USA this bullshit is allowed so you need to allow this too. Tell the Security Guard it's alright because it's alright in the USA. Oh I forgot I'm in another county. " You need to stop that shit. You are going to ruin it for all Californians trying to escape the frigid, harsh winters we are known for. Lmao! But seriously. Locals won't understand why your dirty ass dog is where food is being served and won't go there anymore. Did you think about that?

It depends on which INM office you want to apply in. Some of them only accept entries as far back as 2015. Some INM offices allow earlier entries. Like Aguascalientes which allows entries before 2015. If you want to work with our recommended facilitator in Aguascalientes check out our complete Mexico Relocation Guide mexicorelocationguide.com/guide/

Wonderful video once again. 😊 With the RNE visa, and having a new passport can they look up the previous visits if you don’t have the old passport rather the old one is lost or expired? And if so, which city’s in Mexico are best to visit to apply for the RNE in? And, do the attorneys affiliated with your relocation company help with this type of application for residency?

Marianna, is it realistic to think I can transport my most valued possessions to Mexico from North Carolina? I’m a musician (with a lifetime collection of instruments) and a woodworker, again with a collection of irreplaceable tools. To be happy in life I need my these things. My wooden instruments will need to be transported personally, as they are heat sensitive, so I’ll need to drive an SUV in and out of Mexico at least once. BTW, I believe I’m entitled to live in Mexico, as I was born in Mexico, to American parents.

I used to work as a dental assistant in Tijuana, which I’m still currently living. A black women about the same age as these 3 ladies, once came to get some dental work done, she was single and retired, she did not have any children. So basically she was here by her self. She told me that she decided to purchase a house in Rosarito to live permanently. With her retirement she couldn’t afford the rent or any other expenses in the U.S , including getting her teeth fixed. She seemed happy but at the same depressed because she was here by herself, so she couldn’t share her happiness with a partner. Also it was hard to move around because she had to rely on Taxis and her Spanish wasn’t good at all. I just hope she is doing well and my prayers go out to her! 🙏

Hi Marianna, I am a Canadian watching from Monterrey, N.L. I have a question about the Regularization program (without proving economic solvency). I have a documented visit to Mexico in August 2021, and am currently staying in Mexico until the end of my 180 day stay in October. I do not have an FMM, as they are no longer giving paper FMMs at the Monterrey airport. Instead, the airport staff stamped my passport and wrote the final day of my 180 day stay in my passport. Would the fact that I do not have an FMM affect my ability to apply for the Regularization program after my 180 day stay? Does it suffice that I have the end date of my 180 day written into my passport? Your insight on this would be much appreciated, thanks.
